Trafassi – Brombéré. Label: Tra Records – 82001. The title is spelled as Brombere on the cover but as Brombéré on the labels and has been submitted accordingly. Year of release is not printed on labels or cover. Some of the copies with the bright green labels were distributed including a management postcard that pictured the band and had contact information for their management.

Trafassi is a Surinamese-Dutch band. Their music is a mixture of Caribbean music genres, pop and own material. In the Netherlands they scored hits like Wasmasjien, Lollypop and Punani. Trafassi (Sranan Tongo for "a different way") was founded in 1981 by former members of The Happy Boys, the former accompaniment band of Lieve Hugo. The band started out as a kaseko-formation, but gradually developed into an all-round band with songs in Sranan Tongo, Dutch and English
Trafassi is a Surinamese-Dutch party band, playing Caribbean music, but also top-40 hits and their own hits such as Wasmasjien (1985) and Punani. They were formed in 1981 and made fame as a salsa band. Their name 'Trafassi' means 'turnaround' or 'different way' in Suriname.
